Yes. Once you create an account with us, you will be able to log in and see all your order details. However, a confirmation email is also sent once you book a tour/service with us with the details of your booking whether or not you have an account with us.

Full refunds are applied to cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of your tour. Partial or full cancellation made less than twenty-four (24) hours, will attract a 20% bank administration fee.

If tour is canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
