How long after a referral is received is it paid out?
Commissions are paid out monthly. However, please note that commissions earned from orders will be approved and transferred to your wallet after the tour or service is completed. This allows for any refund requests or cancellations to be considered. Additionally, keep in mind that some customers book tours well in advance, as such, some commissions may be in the “pending” state for a longer period.
What currency are commissions generated in?
Commissions are generated in US$. Therefore, all figures you see in your Affiliate dashboard will be in US$.
Is there a minimum threshold for commission payouts?
Yes, only withdrawal requests of US$50 or more will be processed.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make or the commissions I can earn?
There is no limit! You have full control over the number of referrals you make and the commissions you earn. Your earning potential is unlimited!
Do payouts occur automatically for affiliates?
Payouts are processed only for received withdrawal requests. You can easily submit a withdrawal request through your Affiliate dashboard. Just click on “Payout” in the left menu, select “Request to Withdrawal”, enter your desired amount, and submit. Please be reminded that only withdrawal requests for $50 or more will be processed.
What is the monthly cut off date for withdrawal requests?
All withdrawal requests of $50 or more submitted on or before the 15th of each month will be processed in that cycle. Requests submitted after the 15th will be processed in the next month’s cycle.
Are payouts available worldwide?
Currently, we only support payouts to Jamaican bank accounts in both JA$ and US$ currencies. However, we are actively working on expanding our payout options to include methods such as PayPal, making it convenient for international individuals interested in becoming affiliates. Stay tuned for updates regarding this expansion!
Which banks can payouts be sent in US$?
Currently, US$ payouts are only supported for Scotia bank accounts. For all other payouts, funds will be transferred to a Jamaican JA$ bank account of your choice.
How will I receive my payouts?
Payouts will be sent to the bank account details you enter in the “Payout” section of your dashboard. As such, please ensure that your bank account details are correct and up-to-date to avoid any delays. Bank account details should have the following:
- Name on account
- Bank Name
- Branch
- Account type (Savings/Checking)
- Currency (US$ or JA$)
Is there a waiting period for affiliate approval after submitting a request?
We strive to promptly review and approve affiliate submissions, including the creation and assignment of your unique coupon code from the request form. As such, we aim to provide an update within 2 weeks of submission, however, our goal is to complete the approval process as quickly as possible.
Can I promote tours from multiple destinations or only specific ones?
You can promote our tours from any location and as many locations as you’d like!
How long do the cookies last for tracking referrals?
The cookies last for 1 week, ensuring that you get credit for referrals made within that timeframe.
Can I promote the Affiliate Program to others and earn additional commissions?
While we don’t offer commissions for sign-up referrals at the moment, feel free to share the program with your friends and family, allowing them to start earning passive income too!

What happens if a referred customer cancels their tour or requests a refund?
In the unfortunate event of a customer canceling their tour or requesting a refund, the associated commission for that order will be canceled or rejected and will not be paid out.
